Vaizatha was the tenth of the sons of Haman.The Jews of Susa killed him and his brothers on the authority of Ahasuerus (Xerxes I) as a reprisal for their father's attempted genocide. Esther 9.9

Vashti was the queen of Ahasuerus (Xerxes I). The king deposed her from office for disobedience, and Esther succeeded her. Esther 1.9-2.4
