Chariots of Fire is about the 1924 Olympics, and how the British athletes, Harold Abrahams and Eric Liddell won gold medals. Paris was the venue for these games, having earlier hosted the 1900 Olympics. Now you have the second ring. To find the third ring you must visit the games held just before the Second World War. These games were held in Germany. Its leader, Adolf Hitler, hoped that German competitors would win many medals.
